Because we sell digital goods (ebooks, guides, interview materials, downloadable content), our refund and return rules are different from physical stores.

1. No Returns on Digital Products

All products sold on ksbookhub.com are digital downloads.
Digital products cannot be returned, as they cannot be physically sent back or verified once downloaded.

For this reason:

👉 We do not accept returns for any digital items, under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds After Purchase

All sales of digital products are final.
Once the payment is completed and the files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Selecting the wrong product
  • Not reading the product description
  • Issues related to device/software compatibility
  • Downloading the file and claiming non-use
  • Providing an incorrect email address
  • Duplicate purchases made by mistake

Since access to digital files is instant, refunds are not possible once delivery has occurred.

3. Exceptions – When Refunds MAY Be Approved

A refund may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

3.1 File is corrupted or cannot be opened

– After verifying the issue, we may send a replacement file or issue a refund.

3.2 You received a completely different product

– If the item delivered does not match the description or listing.

In these cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase with proof (screenshots, order ID, etc.).

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on verification.

4. Download or Access Issues

If you face problems like:

  • Link not opening
  • File not downloading
  • Email not received

These are technical issues, not grounds for a refund.

We will help you resolve them by:

  • Sending a new download link
  • Sending the file directly via email
  • Helping troubleshoot device/browser issues

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without consent:

  • Immediately contact your bank/payment provider
  • Inform us with details

We cannot process refunds for unauthorized payments unless legally verified.
